Flow of custom orders

Step 1

Survey and confirm the customer's needs

A salesperson with technical knowledge will visit you and ask about your needs. They will conduct an on-site check and measurements, etc. if needed.

Step 2

Concept drawing, rough estimate, deadline response

Based on the results of the visit, we will draft a concept drawing and estimate to make a proposal. We will accept requests for specification changes, product deadlines, etc.

Step 3

Customer approval

Upon obtaining customer confirmation and approval of the final blueprint we will start production.

Step 4

Production/ supply

We will develop a blueprint, procure the parts required and proceed with production. We produce a variety of products with metalworking such as aluminum and SUS and resin treatment such as acrylic and vinyl chloride.

Step 5

Installation/ delivery

We will complete the delivery after conducting installation and operation tests as necessary.

Step 6

Follow-up maintenance

We provide solid follow-up service including periodic requests for consumables such as filters as well as trouble and malfunction.
